Cancellation & Returns

Thank you for shopping at Envy Bathrooms. There may be times when customers may not be totally satisfied with a purchase of an item ordered through us. For dealing with such situations, we have chalked out our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following are important terms and conditions of our refunds and returns on the products you purchase from us.

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 7 calendar days from the day of delivery provided that you return the goods as sold in the condition you received them with all components, accessories and packaging intact. Goods must be complete and unused. Should we find that the returned goods have been diminished in value, the refund will be reflected accordingly. You have a legal duty to return any unwanted items within 7 calendar days of you notifying us of your intention to return items under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. You have a legal obligation to take care of products whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may refuse the return of the product or refund for the item.
  • We will refund the price of the Products excluding delivery, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • The refund will be made using the same mode of payment as you used for the purchase, at no extra cost to you.

 Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the goods at the following address:       Envy Bathrooms, Unit 3Q Faraday Road, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2AD

  • We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
