Cancellation & Returns
If you wish to return unwanted goods to Envy Bathrooms, we are happy to accept them back in resaleable condition subject to our terms and conditions as greed to at the time of purchase.
- Please process a Returns request through your account.- We cannot accept returns to our depot without prior authorisation.
- You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery provided that you return the goods as sold in the condition you received them with all components, accessories and packaging intact.
- We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the 14 day returns period above.
- Goods must be complete and unused, and in its original unmarked packaging.
- We will not accept goods returned to us where the packaging has been defaced, damaged, written on, or ripped open and packaging taped together.
- We will refund the price of the Products excluding delivery, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
- The refund will be made using the same mode of payment as you used for the purchase, at no extra cost to you.
- If you require a different product, please place a new order as we don't offer exchanges.

- We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Change of Mind/Ordered in Error
- If the goods have been dispatched to you and then you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of sending the items back to us.
- For the purposes of this policy, an error made when ordering will be treated exactly as if you have "changed your mind."
- Any costs incurred to us for the refusal of a courier delivery will be deductible from your refund.
Non-Returnable Goods
- All Merlyn products and Kudos Pinnacle 8 are non returnable. This is because they are stock we don't hold on a regular bases and have to specifically order in for a customer. Once the order has left the manufacturer and is in transit to us, then the customer will not be able to cancel the order or return the goods.
- Toilet Seats and Bidet Covers are not returnable.
