If you spot the same product offered at a lower price elsewhere, let us know — we will always try to match it. While a match cannot be guaranteed in every situation, we will make every effort to help.
All items we sell are supplied with full manufacturer warranties as detailed on each product page.
Price promise criteria
Please check the following conditions before submitting a Price Promise request:
- The competitor must be a UK‑based retailer.
- The comparison must include the total cost of the order — product price, VAT, delivery charges and any other fees.
- Only identical, like‑for‑like products can be considered.
- We cannot match retailers selling refurbished, used, clearance, end‑of‑line or loss‑leader items.
- Requests must be made before completing your purchase. We cannot adjust prices after an order has been placed or delivered.
- Promotional offers, voucher codes or coupon discounts cannot be matched.
- We do not price match auction sites or marketplace platforms such as Amazon or eBay.
- Additional discounts (including free delivery) cannot be applied unless already shown on our website.
What happens after form is submitted?
If we can match the price, we will:
- Send you a custom order — once payment is received, we will manually process your order at the agreed price.
